Ahh got it. I guess I figure if more of those coming in are doing so via public transport they might be more likely to hit up retail vs someone traveling in a vehicle (can’t carry as much with you, have to walk farther /past more stores, etc)

Why would congestion pricing kill retail? More people using public transport = more walking, less trouble parking, less going straight to destination, etc.
