I unfortunately slept awful. I had the kind of sleep where, for most of it, I was aware of how I was laying there struggling to sleep. Despite that, I did have a vivid dream. But I don't feel very rested at all... The stress is eating at me.

Need to try to sleep soon but the stress is eating at me really bad. It's so hard, and I'm deeply frustrated with the difficulties my life frequently has. It's so exhausting. I'm trying my best day by day but I can't in good conscience try to sleep knowing what's on my plate today.

Had to get a little clever with dinner today, making use of what we had in the cabinets and such, but I think I didn't do too terribly. Deli turkey with gravy, stuffing, and green beans.

Mom and I do still have the big main grocery list we want to get, but for now, we figured out a smaller list for today that comes out to $30, just to get us through today. Anything helps at all, thank you all for always being so kind and patient with me amid my struggles.
