I find it tastes like key lime pie! I usually get the full sugar one, though, and weirdly enough I prefer the taste out of the plastic bottle. Maybe something to do with the olfactory aspect?

I sent a message about twenty minutes ago saying I'm unavailable today, but also I wonder if I'm the one who misses the appointment, will they charge me for the no-show? Will my therapist say "well she ghosted me too, so I'm not to blame"? Not that I plan on blaming her but UGH I'm so frustrated

After ghosting me for two weeks, my new therapist sent me a message this morning apologizing for "scheduling conflicts" and set an appointment for TODAY! I already contacted the company that arranged it saying I didn't really want to reschedule, and I don't want to be angry at my therapist!

I was going great this morning! Baby's therapy, went to WinCo, even cleaned out a little bit of my fridge (complete with washing TWO drawers!)... and now I am tired and a little bit sad because I don't want to make dinner but I do want some good food 🥲

I feel like I really should have structured my day better... like yeah, I really needed cheese and diapers, but maybe I didn't need to do a big WinCo shop and then pop over to the Costco I'm not familiar with on a day where my 6yo kept me up since 3:30 in the morning 🫠

My brother just made a joke yesterday about how my dad went to a pharmacy for an RSV vaccine and they didn't give him one (I guess he's already had one this year?) so he must've forgotten to RSVP.... and... I guess I'm going to be thinking of that a lot for the next six months (sorry?)

Sometimes my mom would forget to eat breakfast or only have a protein bar for lunch and I was so baffled, how could she forget to feed herself?? ... but maybe after being in charge of feeding everyone for twenty years, it's a lot simpler to occasionally not eat 😬

In taekwondo of all places, they were instructed to turn away to remove and fold their old belt, and turn back to have their new belt tied on. Quiet and a bunch of whispering instructions and adjusting uniforms... 😬 Suddenly I was teleported back to the ol temple

I think I had to eventually tell my bigger children to only crash with me in emergency situations, because I love them but get cranky when I don't sleep well, but since I can't easily communicate with this tiny person, I'm just glad she's a good snuggler 😅
