Every time my mum remarks "you're amazing" (referring to something I did and I informed her that she doesn't need to worry about doing it) and I always correct her. I say "I wouldn't go THAT far..." Do I sound like TAH? I was only letting her know it's taken care of.

I'm so damaged emotionally that my brain can't process a rare, heartfelt compliment. I can't process heartfelt messages of praise from people I helped in the past. No amount of anti-depressants can fix that. Therapy is also a waste of time (been there, done that).

After some deliberation (driving to the gym), stepdad has finally come up with a name for his new kitten. It just suddenly came to him. Freyja. He says she looks like a "Freyja". She's not quite used to us, but she is happily warming up to her new, human daddy.

Stepdad just gained a familiar. I wasn't going to say anything until she had a name (yes, 100% verified female). Doctor says 16 weeks. My stepdad always wanted one of Madryn's grey siblings. But circumstances said "No". It took 13 years for the Cat Delivery System to finally deliver him one.

If Nintendo brought the GameCube to the Switch 2 (like with the NES, SNES, and N64) one game I'd like to see (though it's Capcom, so maybe we won't ever) is "God Hand". Best way to blow off steam. Beat up demons with the help of a new arm with godlike power.
