Breakfast of champions. (It counts as breakfast if there’s an egg, right?) The sauce on the bun is my blue cheese and shallot sauce. REALLY ties the whole thing together, much like The Dude’s rug.

Just made my most flavorful stew yet. The Dutch oven really is OP. Added some leek this time around, but it kind of disappeared into the broth. Tastes damn good though.

My Mamaw always insisted that your bed should be made every morning when you wake up. Since I’m having guests, I’m making my bed for the first time in like a decade and thinking of her. It’s silly because all I have is a fitted sheet, weighted blanket, one pillow, and Kiryu teddy.
