Sometimes I feel crazy bc idk what it’s called but from past experiences, people gaslight me (intentionally or not), get defensive & avoid accountability—and I feel like I have to constantly defend myself. Dude it’s so exhausting. Just grow up!! We all make mistakes, it’s ok to self reflect!!

I always do my best to follow my heart/intuition and I don’t have the energy to educate adults on everything I’ve learned on what healthy behaviors are. All I want is harmony & a peaceful life now. This is such a stressful time for me and I really don’t want to deal with this anymore..
