Did you ever notice that she has a little black cat on her fur? You can see the two pointy ears. The black cat has like a white patch right about where his muzzle would be and you can even see where his tail is separate from his body

It really depends with the rib. I had it happen to me after I was in a protest march - holding the sign in that position made one rib kinda scrape against my shoulder blade. It was only uncomfortable - weirdly - when I was standing. I thought of that immediately when you mentioned your hurt.
