Just spitballing post-Trump solutions. Since the U.S. is not ready to expand beyond two-party system, perhaps change the laws to prevent same party from controlling all 3 branches of the Fed. Idea: party holds the presidency, other party must hold the House and veto-proof majority in the Senate.
