Srsly though, it's less dumb than it sounds: adding augments that interact with batteries allows me to put text that explains the mechanic in a place that players will actually read (augment description itself), while also making a mechanic that felt like a chore to players somewhat exciting

Added exploding casks with various effects for next update of Kill ze Bugs I like them much better than augments that just do passive damage, they add a lot of fun to the game, so probbably going to make like 7 items of this type + some supportive ones lmao #indiedev #gamedev #screenshotsaturday

Current set of bosses for the upcoming Kill ze Bugs content update Especially like the Boulder B. (last one) because as he charges he pushes away small bugs in his path, which can in turn hit the player and make them very upset #indiedev #roguelike #godot

Implementing controller support for my #indiegame Kill ze Bugs, and I feel like #godot did me no favors when comes to integrating with SteamInput Once I got SteamInput reliably mapped to actions though, implementing aim assistance etc. took mere minutes Godot giveth and godot taketh away I guess
