Darren Close @killeroo.bsky.social · 12/03/2025The fine folks at Jeffries Printing have come through with the goods once again, for this 5th printing of the origin story, KILLEROO: SCARS, featuring a brand new cover by Shahan Zaidi. Will have these with me for Melbourne Supanova on March 29-30. 082
Darren Close @killeroo.bsky.social · 03/03/2025I worked on the production side of this book, made by my friend Beau Jardine, who was making comics when I was a kid, including Hairbutt the Hippo! It just launched on kickstarter, and for $4 digital and $8 for a physical comic, that's a bargain. Check it out! 020
Darren Close @killeroo.bsky.social · 26/02/2025I'm having to reprint the best-selling Killeroo origin story SCARS for a 5th time this month... here's a look at the cover by Shahan Zaidi! As always, credit to this book's success is due to the great work of Ryan Wilton and Daniel Lawson (under the TEAM ART OF AWESOME banner). 0203
Darren Close @killeroo.bsky.social · 21/02/2025NITESIDE #1 A new comic I've been doing the lettering/production work for creator Beau Jardine will be launching on Kickstarter in the next couple of weeks. Darren Close @killeroo.bsky.social · 24/12/2024DETECTIVE RUFUS Killeroo promo art for the FURDU 2018 convention (by myself). The theme for the show was 'film noir'. The red design was printed as the t-shirt for the organisers and volunteers running the event. I had an amazing time drawing the many, many fursonas of the folks in attendance. 0103
