iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

But again, genres are practically useless now imo With people calling dark souls, ratchet and clank, and rogue like games with the general aesthetic - metroidvanias, I now have to ask several questions to see if the game somebody talks about is what I'm looking for in a metroidvania.

Use reference. I’m serious. I get it that somehow you or someone convinced you that using reference is “cheating.” It’s not. You are just hindering yourself.

Genres in gaming have nearly lost all meaning at this point. Nowadays the closest description is "game where you can gain levels/stats"

Very much depends on if i like the game in the first place, or if it suits the game. But i do agree there are too many games and things with crossovers now. Its leading to a fair amount of people getting crossover burnout.

I want people to know the only time i find a censor beep to be funny is when it completely misses the swear word and you just hear "FUCK!" with a quarter of a second later the beep coming in.

Next time I'll tell you to tell me to get my shit in order 👍

And yes, the anxiety makes me procrastinate on stuff like this. I tell myself to take a breather, and then the breather takes a week 😐

One day i will not let my anxiety get the better of me and i will submit runs to GDQ. Last few times (and this time too) i wanted to do so so i checked the submission page and the end date just happened.

Ive had that feeling for so many games tbh. The skins i would have bought if overwatch/heroes of the storm or even marvel rivals now if they were 3 bucks (and immediately purchasable instead of intermediate currency)
