Is it a hot take to say that just because a book has spooky monsters in it doesn't mean its good horror? If you dont create tension and get reader buy in enough to feel scared with the characters its just a book with some supernatural things in it.

Your job giving you access to health care on paper may feel like a benefit but, the system is set up to put you in a toxic relationship with your employer. It's harder to leave if they are the only avenue to get what you need to live. Your not being taken care of your being made dependent on them.
