Batmud had it's client on steam for $5 for a few years now. There's also Carrion Fields on Steam though that's a PK RPI so it's a niche within a niche. It's amazing how many are still up and updating... or new.

So, the specifics are complicated but broadly vtubing has two problems: 1) it has/had a rep as "the fast, easy road to fame and fat stacks" which brings the mercs out. They don't are about being creative or original, they're just here for what should be easy pay. It's not, hence all the drama.

PSA: The latest NVIDIA App update adds a Default-ON option that allows AI Agents to control the app... Might want to turn it off.. Even aside from being lame AI features, that feels like making security even worse by defaulting it ON.
