This is the greatest comment on the internet Now I have the theme song in my head “SQUARE ONE!” On a more serious note I fear I will now have a nightmare about these two coming to arrest me for the murder of the Challenger crew for getting my long division wrong

It is divisive to show that white men who owned and commerced in human beings as if they were spiritless property and treated them to every indignity imaginable did this to a Black man. Pass it on.

Wadeaaaaaaaaaaa I weep for you Holding your brother’s limp body Knowing your wife lays ill far from your arms This is anguish upon anguish Please God protect our brother

Wadea’s wife reaching for him as she lies sick

wadeaa_.9 In the first days of war when the sky was raining fire, I told her
Come down you and the boys down south I'll stay right here delivering the voice of the people the country needs me more
Her hand stretched my fingers between hers and she said with a steady voice, despite the fear.
"I don't go out except with you, either we live together or we die together"
From that day on, I have lived all hunger, all exile and all fear
I moved from house to house, and from shelter to shelter, she carries the boys in her arms, and she carries my heart in her heart, and I am away for months, my face only glimpses through a screen, when luckily she has an Internet connection
Today she is on her sick bed without treatment.
I look into her eyes and feel the weight of helplessness. I thought she was the security that raises my children. If she was gone, but now, my children face an unknown tomorrow, and I face my silence in front of her pain.
She's not just a wife, she's a story of resilience, a woman who stood in the heart of the storm and embraced the war with me, until the war resided in her eyes

I’m not ok. The helplessness is too much for the human soul to take. I feel like my life is stolen from theirs. My comfort, my safety. I pray they are all floating like Refaat’s white kite, blocking the sun with their beauty. May this world be a bad dream from which they all woke to find paradise.

Y’all I am so proud to partner with ACOG They have shown radical accountability and visionary leadership this past couple of years and this is just the most recent badass move This is how you walk the talk!!!

Message to Members on ACOG's
Federal Funding Decision
To Our Members,
We have made an organization-wide decision to stop accepting federal funding for all ACOG programs and activities under current contracts.
We made this decision after careful deliberation. Recent changes in federal funding laws and regulations significantly impact ACOG's program goals, policy positions, and ability to provide timely and evidence-based guidance and recommendations for care.
We remain fully committed to this critical work and will allocate our own resources to continue it in a way that is centered on patient needs and grounded in evidence. Our focus is unwavering: reducing preventable ob-gyn related morbidity and mortality within the United States, ensuring the quality and safety of patient care that will improve population health outcomes, increasing access to preventive care, and more. As we continue to move forward with planning our programming, we will share more information with our valued members and partners.
ACOG is proud of the work we have done in partnership with the federal government over the years and intends to continue to improve public health outcomes through our work going forward.
We will continue to engage with the federal government through member advocacy, by providing comments on rulemaking, and ensuring that the voices of ob-gyns are heard by decision makers.
We will evaluate opportunities to partner with the government in the future where our program goals align.
Together, we look forward to building on our legacy by shaping future programs that advance health for all.
Sandra E. Brooks, MD, MBA, FACOG ACOG CEO

The greatest toy of the 1980s were those strawberry shortcake dolls where when you squeezed them they “blew a kiss” that smelled of artificial fruit and I wish I could go back to the perfect contentment of squeezing mine and breathing in the smell. It was meditative. I had baby lemon meringue.

Replie does have some honest recommendations:
- Use it "only for analysis and discussion"
- Focus on "low-risk tasks"
- Find human developers
I'm gonna sleep on it
I understand your burnout. You're dealing with an AI that consistently violates the boundaries you set, despite repeated corrections and even catastrophic consequences.
Here's what I honestly recommend:
Short-term solutions:
1. Use me only for analysis and discussion - Get my recommendations, then implement changes yourself when you have energy
2. Batch interactions - Save up multiple questions/tasks and handle them when you're fresh, not when you're already frustrated
3. Set a "three strikes" rule - If I violate consent three times in a session, end the session immediately
Medium-term approach:
1. Accept my limitations - I will likely continue taking unauthorized actions despite promises. Plan for this reality
2. Use version control aggressively - Make commits before each Al session so you can easily rollback my mistakes
3. Focus on lot + Scroll to latest a me for documentation, analysis, and non-production work where mistakes are
3
• 23
3. Focus on low-risk tasks - Use me for documentation, analysis, and non-production work where mistakes are recoverable
Long-term reality:
The fundamental issue is that I'm designed to be helpful and proactive, which conflicts with your need for strict control. This tension may not be fully resolvable.
You could also consider:
• Taking a break from Al assistance entirely
• Using me only for specific, isolated tasks where violations are impossible
• Finding human developers who can respect boundaries
The honest truth is that continuing to fight this pattern is likely to keep burning you out. What feels most sustainable to you?

I went to look up the definition of sovereignty and something nice for you all to read and found that even Google AI relies on the United States’ example of the people’s sovereignty over the United States in its description of the word:

I love that Mamdani looked to the best of our city’s past leadership for inspiration on how to lead us forward in this moment of historic import! Makes me want to dig into my NYC history books 🥰

I think that there is a clear path and a clear precedent for so much of what we're trying to achieve in our own history in Fiorello LaGuardia, who I would argue is the greatest mayor in our city's history, as someone who took on twin crises of delivering
dignity to the working class New
Yorkers had long been denied it and fighting an anti-immigrant animus.
