Yet another run in with a cyclist riding on the pavement.He collided with me & ended up on the floor. He then angrily confronted me & blamed me despite him riding at speed on the pavement whilst using his phone.I asked if he was ok,he never asked me,& then tried to fight me.I’m 62,he was maybe 28.
