My second-grader was talking about Jurassic Park, and I want him to get better with numbers, so I read him the spookiest spreadsheet sequence from the novel

Playing the original Resident Evil for the first time (it’s great!), and while I keep wishing I were on a CRT, a benefit of being on a modern screen is being able to read “FULLMETAL PRISON”

A 3D-modeled in-game tombstone with a texture that reads, “FULLMETAL PRISON.” The text is small enough that it was likely unreadable in the game’s original lower-resolution presentation, and would have been fuzzier on a CRT television.
