Every few years my mind will wander to the worst thing I've ever seen. The Bob Dylan musical. And I think to myself, no, there's no way it's as bad as I recall. And then I watch this clip and I remember the fake guitar or the exercise balls and I know it's actually somehow worse.

Weird responses! I guarantee you if I made a post going over four album runs from The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Wilco, etc etc I wouldn't get anywhere near as many people disagreeing, offering alternatives, OR talking about how they've never heard them before. I wonder what the difference is hmm 🤔

I read this yesterday, it's good! Reminded me of back in 2020 when a month after receiving a record I ordered, they sent me 3 more copies, unannounced and not charged. And then they sent another copy to my old house that I had bought from in 2017. I'm in Canada and shipping an LP is at least $20 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

His first few records were such big deals and while the vibes were neat all in all; dude just didn’t have the songs. But Mahashmashana is very good. I also think God’s Favourite Customer is really good. Both those records still have his whole… shtick but are full of well written and memorable songs.
