Should start getting back to diet and exercise...new relationship and just being comfy with my life made me gain a scary amount of weight when I relapse to bad habits. In general I've not been very physically healthy (but I think I'm somewhat more emotionally healthy than ever!)

Today I test something to be a good samaritan to create a proper deploy doc with all evidence and something random breaks. After 5hs or so of research and the meeting snowballing into more and more people involved it was like 3 team's away of something that nobody in the middle tested.

Something I learned with age is i may be thankless being nice, but when you're a jerk? That sticks. Specially if you don't apologize ever lol It's almost universally better to not react and respond, take your time and don't burn bridges because it's tempting.
