My dogs are gross so I washed their paws and now they have to chill on the floor because, even with the dogs-are-gross extra blankets, they are not getting on the bed with damp paws. And you would think I am TORTURING them. The pained whines! The mournful yelps!

I am an... extremely evidence-based science kind of person, maybe to an extreme. But that means when I do think something is bad/good for people, I want to tell folks. But of course EVERYONE thinks they're right and have evidence, and I don't enjoy others giving ME unsolicited advice!

Just fell for a new fandom, and joined some new exchanges and fests, and it's been GREAT! ...except I notice while these events usually accept fic/fanart, not many include podfics. So as a podficcer I wanna tell YOU, my fellow fan and future event mod, why you should include podfics in your event!

I'm starting to worry (with no evidence - yes I will see a doctor when my schedule clears up) that my cough is acid reflux. Things that make it worse are my favorite things in life: lying down, chocolate, mint, garlic, ibuprofen. Add fanfic to that, why don't you, and my life will be truly empty
