Anyone have any music app recommendations? I've been using Pi music player and they made an update at the end of last month where it'll just stop songs and play ads. I also need an app that'll actually play the music on my phone. Not Spotify or anything else like that.

Wasn't sure if anyone has experience fixing this sort of thing. I honestly don't know if it was broken and I didn't notice it before, but the left speaker port on that system apparently died. It's not the speaker itself because I have tried switching them and they both work in the right one.

One thing that will never change for me. I don't tend to care about the reasoning for it, but I always tend to cringe pretty much any time I see any kind of taxidermy stuff. Yeah, it's not always, "I killed this, it's mine now" but still.

Instead of making books easy, we should make them harder. Relish in the beauty of writing, of constructing a sentence with such masterful lyricism that the sheer act of reading it elevates how the mind receives it. Also, teach kids to read using phonics and they can tackle any word.
