Been feeling up and down last 5 days, someone I know came down with Covid and was around them a short time, overnight I’ve felt horrid with pounding headache and sneezing, sore throat etc. I’ve just tested myself for Covid and it’s negative but I have called into work ill as haven’t slept much.

I’m in London for 2 nights, not doing anything tonight as I finished work at 7am then got train at 2pm so zzz but tomorrow gonna go to fragrance boutiques in Covent Garden, perhaps the perfumery floor in Selfridges, get some Ramen etc it’ll be nice to have two days away from the rat race
