I feel like this assumes both that the quality of the rapidly generated code meets a standard, and that there are no nefarious motives. Compilers are often critiqued to verify they don’t inject vulnerabilities and they are deterministic. LLM code agents are not, and in constant model version flux.

I have a similar argument about the SaaS solopreneur people. “If you can vibe code this app over a weekend, why wouldn’t a large company task an employee to vibe code this to their exact needs, and skip your markup?” AI bros usually stop talking to me at that point.

I’m great with breaking things down. I need to make the effort to learn more about Blender. This is a great inspiration for me. I’ve done a tiny amount of using Blender to make 3dprint stl files, nothing incredibly artistic like you’ve done.

This is also why I dislike the Leetcode focused people. “Congrats, you can solve a problem in a limited amount of time for something that you know there exists a time limited solution for.” It is like saying “I have a machine that can solve a Rubric’s cube, let’s have it design a bridge now!”

I always tell people, “I’m building this for you, I’ll never use it, you have to tell me what is wrong/needs to change.” Even that level of feedback is too much for a lot of people that just want to use the thing and put it away. Turning them in to full programmers is not empowerment.
