🤔 While writing this I got curious and did the math: One footer copy costs about 7.8 µg CO₂. Avoiding one printed A4 page saves roughly 4–6 g. For the footer to break even, it needs to prevent one print per ~250k emails sent.

Not sure, if I would call something 'Agile' if it turns the concept into a rigid structure with multiple planning layers and dozens of roles. IMHO big companies can be Agile (in its original sense), but only at macro level. At some hierarchy layer agility will always clash with top-down management.
