One thing that has helped me with refinement is auditing my social and making my work more cohesive online. Sometimes criticism is hard for me to hear but I’m proud that I’m slowly opening to CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

Just deleted so many screenshots from my phone omg 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 sometimes all those screenshots are just noise & distractions. Sometimes I feel like screenshots prevent me from staying focused on one thing and appreciating where I am and what I have.

Committed to being super gentle with myself this year, so I’m decreasing my intake and increasing refinement and small things. Precious life. 💖

One thing that is a great generalization for life is knowing your emotional needs vs emotional indulgences.

I like when I’m with people and they can tell me no and they see how that changes nothing about our dynamic. I also enjoy telling people no and I see how that changes nothing about our dynamic as well 💖

I don’t think vegans understand that it’s actually centralization and capitalism that they hate. Not the animals or the products created using them.
