The ACA one day will be regarded as one of the most important and successful pieces of legislation of our time. While not perfect, it’s helped countless people like me with pre-existing conditions who otherwise would not have healthcare. It’s been a massive step in the right direction.

Some things I really hope to see from the Virginia Democratic Campaign in 2025: 1. Big investment in the ground game across ALL of Virginia. In 2021, our boy T-Mac lost because ole Glen Youngkin ran up the margins in the rural areas. T-Mac’s campaign did not contest the rurals or SWVA. 1/
