A long-standing member of KCSI, Celia was recently appointed Lecturer in Intelligence Studies in the Department of War Studies. She brings academic expertise on intelligence in national security decision-making from her time at the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Cabinet Office. (2/6)
