~~Awesome Artist share~~ #JeffSatur ... this man is ridiculously talented. This is the world tour version.... and holy wow... if you've watched #KinnPorsche and didn't realise who it was, prepare to be blown away. And yes, he plays guitar and piano and is absolutely amazing live.

Christmas #ADHD meme of the day 😁🤭🤣🤣🤣 ... cos laughing at myself = dopamine. The ADHD christmas tree. Hypothetically if someone had a clothes pile in the corner (not quite so big.. but always tended to be there no matter how hard one tried not to have one) without a star.. would that still count? 😉

ADHD ahoy!

⭐KC⭐ @kckitty.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

Sorry to hear this Helen. And oh shit Vyvanse is gonna feel useless? This is what happens ad hoc in the luteal phase for me already... so I'm screwed... Fortunately I'm not there yet, but it's not like I can escape it forever.. Ahhh the joys of being a woman 😭

Hiii Helen!! I must admit I am dreading menopause.. When I mentioned to my Psych he said don't think about that yet, we'll deal with it when you get there... So I really feel for you! I hope we can give you support during your journey!

⭐KC⭐ @kckitty.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

Omg we have tmj in common too... though for me the tense jaw and the tongue behind the teeth is me when I'm off meds or they wear off.

⭐KC⭐ @kckitty.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

Walking from one room to another... Wait what was I doing by coming here?.. Haha that's me!!

⭐KC⭐ @kckitty.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

You must be so strong dealing with all the complexities! The only saving grace is that darn luteal phase does end (for a little while at least... so we can have some semblance of sanity)
