~~Sharing all my ADHD self help strategies~~ #3 - the weekly planner. Especially loved by my AuADHD son. It has to go on the fridge! I adjust some sections to cover what's happening next week, what big events or birthdays are coming up, foods needed and the general to do list. Life saver. #ADHD

Pre printed weekly planner. Notepad style so they can be torn off and used each week.

~~Sharing all my ADHD self help strategies~~ No. 2 - remembering to take your meds 1 - alarm in my phone for the time of each med 2 - app for meds where you need to mark it off, else it keeps prompting until you do 3 - daily pill boxes inc individual meds for the day. I pack them all weekly #ADHD
