I am not enjoying my 15 minutes of A Million Lives Book Festival fame 🤣 It would be cool if it morphed into sales of this overstock but right now it’s just morphing into troll comments on TikTok. The empathetic people have moved on.

I find that I have pretty much lost all interest in social media and maintaining a presence even though I need to or no one will know my books exist, but… it feels pointless. Anyone else struggling? #bookthreads

It’s midnight and I want to sleep but I made a mistake today at work so I’m gonna fixate on that with the same guilt as someone who committed a homicide.

#booksky, Happy Valentine's Day! Looking for your next romantasy read? I have a dark fantasy book about a monster hunter reluctantly partnered with a creature who feeds on pleasure and pain, and discovers they are inextricably connected to a three-hundred-year old war started by a vengeful god.

I’m going to be exhibiting at my first big book convention in May—A Million Lives Book Fest in Baltimore. I have no idea how many books I should have on hand and it’s stressing me out. I normally sell between 2-20 books at small events depending on the crowd. Any advice #booksky #authorsky

Can any medical people tell me why my 5mg of Oxycodone worked when I took one pill on day 1 of post-op pain, only worked 2 hours on day 2, and didn’t work at all on day 3? Tylenol between, when pain wasn’t bad. Can you really build a tolerance on 3 pills or is it my red hair screwing me again? 🤣

Slowly realizing I’m going to have to download Facebook again whether I like it or not… “I’ll check the neighborhood group for…” can’t. “I’ll see what E’s class group…” can’t. “I wonder what the township park’s fb says about…” can’t.

Why is my math not mathing… I wanted to make a book illustration bigger, and scale down to fit—in case they want to use it for posters. Added 4.5 inches to each side. 5.5x8.5 to 10x13… And it does NOT scale proportionally 😭. I know I went to school in Alabama but damn.

In addition to the stock photo AI issues in the design field, I'm finding a lot of AI vector illustrations now. I just downloaded two trees that looked great on a thumbnail but have SOOO many issues when you get into the details. Vomit vector lines.
