I know exactly how you feel, I love food and am less mobile than I used to be and it gets so much harder when you can’t exercise or go for long walks but yes, try not to bring treats into the house 😬 Easier said than done .. hubby has a REALLY sweet tooth but willpower is everything! 👊

Wishing you all the best Kimmers ❤️ December is not the easiest time to lose weight .. so many temptations but you can do it! 👊You’ll see progress and that’ll encourage you. Don’t be too hard on yourself though .. most of us get fluffy in winter .. nature wants us to for a start!

The likelihood of tabloid readers etc watching the Netflix doc is probably near nil. I know a lot of Mail readers and they purposefully ignored it & only read negativity about it in the pages of their paper. Lots of us aren’t tabloid readers and yes, lots of us watched it.

Well it’s a positive story at least .. possibly a story that their readers don’t even know about as there was probably only negativity printed at the time. Usually negativity is posted about H&M to distract so this is welcome .. though I still don’t trust the rota one bit 😬

He has reason to know too. He and his wife were targeted by the Daily Mail just because they were friends with Harry. They tried to discredit him regarding the charity fundraiser he’s talking about. They tried to wreck his marriage. The royals who have the ear of the Mail said nothing.
