outdoor kitties are snuggling in their cubby this morning. they really tug at my heart bc they’re were from 2 different colonies and lost all their family so now they’ve found each other. i can’t think of what it’ll be like when it’s just 1 of them, they’ll come live in my house if they want.

idk about anyone else but i’ve been having some really weird vivid dreams lately with a lot of different animals. first it was brown cows, then it was birds of various sizes and colors and recently a giant snake. i just keep writing them down with as much detail as i can remember.

outdoor kitties got some canned chicken after regular dinner tonight. the one has not eaten some times and i was getting concerned. sometimes he needs a prompt from the other cat or i need to show it to him. he ate about half a can of chicken this evening. honestly i’ll feed him whatever he wants

half marathon; it was so gross out there. super humid and then thankfully the humidity broke a little when it started to pour when i was a little over halfway. my wet socks kept finding the edge of my shoe. regardless i did it under 3hrs and then biked back to my car. did ~20 miles w bike & run

brought the skellies in to get a wardrobe change before their final halloween form which i still am uncertain this is the first year i haven’t really had a plan. my aster started to bloom this week and it’s super cute. i may look into getting more of it to fill in places next year.

the only zinnia that came up from seeds i randomly spread this spring

i forget what this is but i think it seeded from another plant i have near my door. it’s a really pretty periwinkle color with fluffy little flowers. i really like it

arbor arch fell over in my yard, pillow blew around. my umbrella ended up in the yard next door and i had to go retrieve it.

huge tree fell in our alley up from my house
