Definitely better than continuing the 'pult 'noir pattern of naming decks...

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 13/10/2026

Came 2nd the next day at another one, losing to my friend on Crustle in the finals! A good weekend overall! 240CP already :-)

Depends. I don't want slimy sandwiches at all though. I do feel like if you make your food properly you don't need to add a condiment to it, but a lot of food has some sauce variant as a key ingredient, and some food you get out is just bad enough to benefit from a generic condiment

I'm anti all types of slime so I don't want butter or margarine either

Don't let Riley McKay pass a turn instead of attacking or he *will* win the game

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 12/10/2026

I think it's almost certainly because he's nervous and all it takes is one clumsy hand shake to flip the top card of the deck and you lose

Also yes the prizing was £75 in shop credit and a shop branded chocolate bar 😅😅

Won another cup with the same list again 😌 I threw R2G2 and then got donked. I also threw R4G2 but they also threw and also I got bailed out by draws. Some really good games!

Do you think it's the Americans fault? I think the Japanese, Dutch, Belgians and French are also war criminals in this sense

100

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

WHY DOES THIS HAVE FUCKING MAYONNAISE IN IT

420

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

Better than "I just bought her new book" I guess lol

110

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I don't mind joking like "oh no YOU'RE here" when I walk in, that's kind of a complement. But if you're actually annoyed about it then I dunno... lock in

030

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

People like that are garbage. Why can't people be nice and learn from losing

020

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Oh right. Well they are bullshit at any level, I don't want to hear that at a regional either

130

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Do cups replace locals where you are? That's a shame

200

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

They should just tell their locals a week early or something!

110

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Not quite sure what counts as pissy lol!

130

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I'd rather see Bronzong or Slowking than Zoroark or Hydrapple or even Festival Lead tbh lol

120

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Yeah that's how I view it, and I do think that's the majority view. But I've def seen people complaining about people they don't know turning up

010

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I realise that I'm exactly the kind of person they're complaining about, but I don't really get the attitude of "we don't want out-of-towners turning up to our events". Don't you just want to play more pokemon and meet new people? Don't you want to play against people better than you to learn? I do!

Your ideal board state is as many munkidoris as possible, fez and then a load of dreepys to waste their time. Also push budew when you draw stamp so they're forced to KO something if they aren't spamming dusks

The ER receptionist today had a Rowlet pin, so I knew everything was gonna be ok.

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

There's also the Fez line, but I didn't have access to that either game!

010

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Yeah he got it in both games, but I don't think it's that bad a matchup lol. G1 I did Mind Bend Hammer Stamp and then he didn't really do anything from there. G2 he gave me 4 prizes with Dusks then I KO'd his Budew with Adrena Brain and did boss KO Buneary with Drakloak

Won a cup yesterday with my Frankfurt list 🙂 final was such an anticlimax as he just double bricked 😭 the rest of the rounds were intense though

Anyone considering this team thing in Korea and looking for a teammate in Jan?

000

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Yeah sounds the same as me lol

010

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

The issue is that I can't take any time off work and have to fly at 6am

000

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Oh no that's even worse 😫😫 what happened?!

111

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

At least I've learned that I need to sleep more before regionals lol. Any lesson is progress!

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Have you ever seen a day 1 to day 2 fall off so hard? 😢😢 Having to work both Friday and Monday on a regional in another country is hard work and I just hit my tiredness limit. Still feeling it today 🫩

I need more friends to talk fashion with because "Wingull Inspired Outfit with Cropped White Leather Jacket" has been rattling in my brain and I haven't been able to do anything with it or go beyond that one part of it

from his deck and ended with 3/3 remaining PPPs in the bottom 5 lol

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Cringe that the low variance came at worlds of all places, but maybe you just took the hit for me 😌 my win and in for day 2 was so ridiculous. I didn't prize check dragapults and discarded one, then later had to wiff an ultra ball... but got bailed out hard when my opponent drew all but 5 cards...

111

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Same here, but it's usually bo1 5 rounds no cut for challenges which means if you have one bad start or matchup you can't win, but cups are usually 6 rounds with a cut and that's more forgiving I think lol

010

Katy 🖤 @katyptcg.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

I dunno what you think but it feels harder to win Challenges than Cups in my area, at least to me. Well done!
