Have just been for a 5k run but it is VERY COLD and there is sleet everywhere. I am now sat hugging a hot water bottle and am dosed up on paracetamol and ibuprofen. I had covid two weeks ago and can’t work out if it’s covid related or the cold of the run. I need to be right for #parkrun this weekend

So Zoe Ball is stepping down from Radio 2’s breakfast show and they are giving it to Scott Mills. Radio 2 has turned into such a boring station made up of comedians hosting or ex Radio 1 dj’s. They seriously need to bring in new talent. It’s a yawn fest

Just over 1 year on and I completed the Brigg 10K poppy run 2 weeks ago. 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ I now religiously run 5k, three times a week and it has been the greatest exercise pleasure I’ve ever had. Park Run is dopamine in an outdoor setting and I cannot believe that I can seriously say, “I love running”

It’s a good job 😂. Honestly I’m run/walk/run/walk but am loving it. My heart has never taken such a pounding but I’m improving week on week. Am obsessed with my stats on Strava ( in a good way) and am out three times a week. I have endorphins I never knew existed.
