"i'd promise you a heart you'd promise to keep" archiveofourown.org/works/93672971 dazai/chuuya, r18, extensive kinklist (all 31 days of kinktober and then some!), mind the tags, 65k yes that is 65000 words of destroying dazai (with some happiness here and there). enjoy.

I realize in the grand scheme of things this is a minor issue… but it still sucks. This is my daily calm unwind ritual. Fifteen years man. I’m too used to this.

shoeshine @katscor.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

And yes I can still get into my ao3 on my phone but it’s just not the same… the phone goes Outside the house and doesn’t belong in the bedroom and especially not the bed under covers. It sickens me to think of bringing it into my bed. The phone is also prone to many distractions.

shoeshine @katscor.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Devastated that my iPod has logged me out of ao3 and I can’t log in again. I’ve been trying all day. This has been my dedicated fanfic reading device for I kid you not fifteen years. I can still access the site on it but you *know* the locked fics are the juicy ones.

💥 Mission chaos time 💥 Chuuya and Dazai going on PM missions together during their younger years was this month's mail club! I can't imagine the scale of shared chaos they brought unto the world (and to each other loll).

Illustration of Dazai and Chuuya dramatically and flamboyantly posing amongst explosions and chaos while in the middle of a mission.

Very excited about the Mercator map news!!! I loathe that map!! Every time I look at that map it infuriates me. The sizes are completely off towards the poles and it looks so weird

ko-fi.com/warsfeil I'm at work so this is all I can currently manage without access to my home PC, but donate to my car. Donations above $50 can select the next wip/chapter i post; above $200 and you can request a fic and I'll write it based on vibes but not like a commission just like. inspiration

who wouldn't rather be their reflection?
warsfeil
Summary:
Two years after Dazai's death, Chuuya is the Boss of the Port Mafia, and things are going as well as anyone can expect. Until they're not.

"What--?" Chuuya manages, the word thick and throaty, too wet, too obvious. He blinks: what he's seeing doesn't change.

"Chuuya-kun, please come in," Mori says, conversationally. "If you could close the door behind him, Dazai-kun."

Chuuya's head whips around; Mori at the desk had been enough of a shock, but Dazai, curled up lazily in an armchair with a book, looking like a petulant housecat as he stands up, still covered in bandages with one eye visible, is enough to make Chuuya feel almost nauseated.

"Chuuya," Dazai says, the word a sing-song and nothing like the monotone way he'd said it when he was the Boss, "come on."
