I am trying to keep occupied and not sit for too long. On top of the jetlag we are just really tired from travel. It is theoretically only 8:30pm to us, so not bed time, but tired nonetheless. Went for a walk and got some caffeine, but it's not helping.

We both crashed last night. Cane back to the hotel at 6pm and just laid in bed the rest of the evening. I think we needed it though. Today: museums, tomorrow: loch ness.

Cue the mid-travel exhaustion. Not sleeping great and being on the go constantly is hitting me. We wandered around Leith this afternoon and came back to pass out for an hour before our ghost tour.

I also googled and it said it was a common wood pigeon. My Internet connection is sometimes spotty, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to use Google lens, but it worked! They're fatter than the pigeons I'm used to, and their beaks are slightly different.

I googled. It is a common wood pigeon, so I guess it is a pigeon, just a different variety than they ones I'm used to. It's so interesting seeing and hearing different bird species than what I'm used to.
