Trauma 101: trauma is not the event or environment but our response to events/environments. Some events/environments will be inherently traumatic due to the nature of what it is. This expands our understanding that most if not all people have or will experience trauma.

There are no business risks for focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). In fact, it’s actually incredibly beneficial and even profitable. The real business risk is maintaining boards & leaders who cling so tightly to their whiteness & fictitious belief about power.
