It’s extraordinary how difficult it is to convince some judges of our Office’s expansive powers to fight for all RI’ers, including lead-poisoned children. They can’t fight for themselves against irresponsible/dangerous landlords. We’ll appeal. And win. www.providencejournal.com/story/news/l...
