I am so angry, and I hate being angry. I am furious that I asked the Coroner and the Ombudsman to help me, but they let their unconscious biases ignore me. Why did I have to do the job they were paid to do?

I thought the OIAC appeal would have released the information I have been seeking for 5 & 1/2 years by the end of this year, but it appears that they have not finished torturing me yet. Not sure that the media can help. I think this is a fight I have to do on my own

Governments are not supposed to cause harm. If they do not carefully consider what harm can occur due to policy & procedures or ignore the voices advising of consequences, then they are knowingly causing harm and should be held accountable.
