silken tofu pb chocolate puddings 🤎🥜🍫 blend up a 300g block of silken tofu, 100-150g melted vegan chocolate, couple spoons of cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla and then swirl in some melted peanut butter, let set in the fridge and sprinkle with a bit of flaky salt 😩 amazing

got my red-necked phalarope lifer at Baron’s Haugh today, such a fun bird to watch (especially when they were spinning around feeding) 😄 Other highlights were a handsome kingfisher, loud little grebes and water rails running & swimming about (I’d previously only ever heard them)
