Today, on his last day in office, President Joe Biden posthumously pardoned Jamaica's first National Hero, Marcus Garvey, who was wrongly convicted of mail fraud in 1923. Having worked as a visiting author at St Ann's Bay Library in 🇯🇲 where there's a Garvey Resource Centre, I'm feeling emotional.
