In an unbelievably fortunate turn of events, I actually got great customer service from a company that only sold me exactly what I ordered (I ordered the wrong thing because Amazon is a LIAR). The customer service tech plain old flat made it right. Maybe there is still an America. :)

I subscribe to the paper version of the New York Times. As a result, I'm reasonably well informed, but am I happier? At this point it is an open question.

Okay this is important. The Trump administration is doing everything it can possibly do to limit voting opportunities for people of limited mobility and limited means. The answer is this --take a day off work, find the people and drag them out to vote. Community Centres, churches, wherever they are.
