got around to watching Hathaway 2 last week and i'm still rolling it around in my head, really good movie, it was nice to spend more time getting to know the characters and their motivations, Gigi especially looking forward to seeing the end of the trilogy in 2031 or whenever lol

welp, that sure was a sequel to Gundam SEED Destiny, which was a sequel to Gundam SEED it was very silly, but also pretty fun in parts, which feels like an apt way to close out SEED in general

i feel like i'd be asking too much of SEED to expect an explanation for how and why Blue Cosmos are still an active threat capable of deploying Destroy Gundams after Destiny had their entire source of funding (Logos) destroyed, so for now i will sit back, shut off my brain, and "wow, cool robot!"

welp, that sure was a sequel to Gundam SEED i kind of ended up losing interest in the overall plot like halfway through, it all just started to feel very predictable and drawn out i guess but hey, at least there was still hype moments and aura, and the music was still good

i didn't exactly like SEED, but the thing i found most interesting about it was the ways in which it sort of tried to be a more direct reboot of 0079 with some twists, where other AUs tried to establish their own thing Destiny kinda just feels like "we have Zeta Gundam at home" lol

i gotta get the rest of these 30MM Armored Core 6 kits, this was a lot of fun to put together, build quality is really solid and it looks great out of box with some simple panel lining (had a go at adding some lights in photoshop too)
