Said about a show that puts its moral lesson in literal text at the beginning of every episode.

I never need a physical calendar anymore. I appreciate that this just seems to be a good excuse to distribute some awesome artwork given the tiny size of the actual calendar on the pages.

If you see this, post a bad woman you love.

Huh... growing up in the 80s this was the cover I knew, and I never thought there was a before.

I'm trying to decide what I got out of this issue. I can't decide if it's commenting on something I can't relate to, or if it's being too subtle about what it's commenting on.

Thank you for a much needed laugh sir. Had to take a minute afterwards to compose myself.

The fact that you were willing to not only remove your error, but publicly admit it seems agile enough to me. Agility is not being perfect, it being able to recognize problems and quickly fix them to the best of your ability.

I can get the location of Reisenburg, it's not a metropolis that's known. But the others have been big for decades. If you have more than a passing interest in the hobby it'd be shocking if you didn't know about them.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 21/05/2025

Glad to hear. So which chapter is actually 'The Son of the Jim', 3 or 4? And what is the other chapter supposed to be called?

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

Ya, I mean we did it just last year with Superior... Always room for more though.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 16/04/2025

I've just started the journey this week myself. I'm the squeamish one in my family, and this has been rougher than normal medical shows.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 11/04/2025

Louder for the ones in the FRONT!!!

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 11/04/2025

Those hills are quite lively.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

I definitely could have used a resource like this when I grew up HS. Back then the only options were deeply religious.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

Almost missed that Mariner is giving Boims bunny ears. He's got such big hair to begin with.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 02/04/2025

So I finally got around to an order (Renegade) and it was still there ...

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 28/03/2025

This may be the best in the series yet. It's certainly the most important. It was an awesome look at what these heroes do, and I think you struck an awesome balance of being there and learning, and not being in the way. Props to you and the film crew.

Just waiting on my copy to arrive.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 17/03/2025

The costume department has definitely stepped up this year. The Queen's outfit when she arrived.... wow. The BA taking over their hideout... killer.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 15/03/2025

The arms are the thing that triggers me.

010

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 13/03/2025

Ya, that about sums it up.

000

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 13/03/2025

Sorry if my nihilistic sarcasm wasn't as clear as I meant to be. Just depressing how applicable a certain 2-page spread is to today as it is in the stated setting. And more depressing that it's probably *more* applicable than it ever was then.

000

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 12/03/2025

So are we sure this was set when it says?.... Seems too modern day for that 😔

110

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 12/03/2025

You're welcome. And did anyone actually need that last page turn to know the answer? 😜

010

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 12/03/2025

And despite my over 200 issue backlog of comics, will also be read today.

110

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 11/03/2025

I'm digging the weird, that's for sure.

010

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 10/03/2025

Geee, it's like your last video come to life. So many people asking if it's a Tesla, where if they actually knew your videos they would know the answer. Nice to know that your tires are looking like that after 40k miles. Putting in my order for an Iconic 5 tomorrow.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 06/03/2025

I'm going to have to wait til something else releases before I pick up my Command Centre. I bought the stuff I wanted from Mar 1st at the local store....

110

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 03/03/2025

It's been an interesting run. Though I'm a few months behind right now.

010

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 02/03/2025

I need to buy this for someone. Let me know where I can get it.

000

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 06/02/2025

I think that would be better modeled by letting you search your deck for a Heroic DROID unit.

200

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 06/02/2025

@davflamerock.bsky.social I've always appreciated how thematic the effects on cards are, but Tantive IV? Sentinel mostly makes sense, but spawning an X-Wing?

The Star Wars Unlimited card Tantive IV. 7 cost, 5 power, 7 HP. Sentinel and creates and X-Wing token on play.

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 28/01/2025

I still stand by that the crime was they had 40 episodes guaranteed at day one and so much of it was filler. We could have had a full story on that schedule.

030

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 23/01/2025

I've poked Cartwright about them selling prints before. Maybe more pokes from the artists would help... Wink, wink...

030

Jake Di Toro @karrde.bsky.social · 21/01/2025

I guess @swudb.com will now need to dynamically adjust the "Draw Cards" options based on the base in the deck :)

We have likely seen the Prestige art for this already. On the back of the binder.

I was recently introduced to this at movie night during a convention. I'll probably always prefer Oscar instead, but this was a fun watch.

Also the dichotomy of deadnaming his own trans child, but just casually misgendering someone for an insult. Though on second thought it's not much of a dichotomy is it....

I wish I still had kids around to enjoy it with, mine are all grown. SC has been a tad to kid cringe for me to sit on my own and enjoy it. I'm sure watching some youngins enjoy it would be just the right thing to get me through.

I don't disagree with the sentiment, but it's just as likely these "stars" are just dirt or noise.
