just found out about the copyright strikes on MidnightSumo and it genuinely ruined my day. Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Pokémon Red, Resident Evil 2, Super Mario 64, Dark Souls, MegaMan 2, Final Fantasy 8, Halo 2, Majora’s Mask.

Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Reach were all very formative for me, but 2 hit at such an important time in my life and the ease of online gameplay for the first time gave it the edge. Chrono Trigger deserves a spot on the list as well but having OOT or MM on the list instead of both just isn’t right. both are necessary on the list.
