Furthermore ICE had been showing up to immigration courts to apprehend migrants attending their legal immigration court hearings! Meaning they are here legally and going through the right process but ICE is illegally apprehending and deporting them anyway with no evidence of wrong doing!

Hey! Thats actually not how due process works! The constitution clearly states that all PERSONS (not citizens) within the borders of the United States have the right to due process! Without due process you wouldn't even be able to prove citizenship as evidence gathering is part of due process!
