I have a moanspeak style ball gag and an actual moanspeak Bucefalus gag. Both feel very good when I bite down on them hard. The ballgag style feels just like a sports mouth guard, and the Bucefalus feels like it has a solid rod through the bit. Biting down feels fine but not grinding.
