I recall when I was a child not to ever forget how not being heard felt. I vowed then to never do the same. I took that realisation on in how I treated others & then, eventually my own children. That conscious choices has served me & mine well. 12 year olds aren’t dumb. We were all a child once.

I am back to work now. I didn't need the have the heart procedure after all as the doctors were able to reduce my heart rate to normal using meds. I have lost 33kg of weight in 2 months, just under 20% of my body weight. Have 45% more to lose to get to my target weight of 110kg.
