GOOD NEWS! Our flyering around the neighborhood paid off! Finally some relief after a very bad week and a half! Thank you to everyone who kept an eye out, who boosted our posts, and especially to the kind neighbors who found and returned the mask!

Some of the animals that have been lost were even donated to educational institutions for study. I'm pretty sure if they had been neglected and abused it would have been figured out and they would have been reported.

Animals that were rescued and nursed back to health. Animals that were loved, animals that had enclosures bigger than some bedrooms. You see that patio door behind me in that picture holding the snake. That's the front of her enclosure and that 15'x30' cage to my right? For the iguanas.

Also I'm pretty sure just about anybody would be done after the s*** with the landlord and having a bunch of not only the animals in their store but their personal pets killed from that stupidity and cruelty. Again people grieve. Animals died animals animals that were deeply cared about.

Also for the record I asked her and she has no clue what this attorney situation is about either? Someone blowing smoke out their ass I guess I have no idea.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

I have not heard of the attorney situation as I moved away two years ago. So my visits have become more infrequent. I guarantee I would have heard from it had the other person won. As I did not hear about it I highly doubt that was the outcome.

And the options were temporarily smaller than ideal enclosures or leaving them in the cardboard boxes that they were brought in and would eventually Escape.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

And if you'd like to talk about the size of the enclosure they were in at that time I would like to remind you that people dump animals there every day. And hamsters were frequently dumped along with guinea pigs. This was a time when we had abundance of drop offs.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

Also I would like to point out that the bedding they get is usually the hamster specific bedding and there was a period of time where it was on backorder. I am guessing that that was during that time because usually they get to the soft fluffy poofy paper stuff that's meant for hamsters.

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

And yeah there's a notice that she's done. Because people suck people don't read people treat you like s***. People dump animals they're constantly every single day that are on death's door people are cruel. And people will break you. She's done.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

The hamsters usually have a very nice setup. Everything was out of their enclosure for cleaning that happens on a daily or by daily basis you can see in those photos they have food and water...

The reputation of that store is such that not only have we gotten someone arrested for animal abuse the police bring animals to them to save. Because they know we will. Animal abusers do not work with law enforcement to help animals.

000

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

Police were involved the guy was charged. He was fined and he lost the right to own any animals for a significant amount of time. Quite frankly it wasn't enough. But at least there was something.

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

This is what she looked like when we got her. She had so much stuff shed before we soaked her that day that we couldn't even tell she had been burned. This was after being soaked.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

And still she fought with everything she had. She never once tried to strike at me and she's the friendliest animal I've ever encountered.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

This is what she looks like today. I personally had to put my arm to my elbow up her rear end everyday to help the poop out because she was so burned she was shedding her intestinal lining and it was getting trapped so she couldn't poop. I injected her every 3 days. I removed the dead skin.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

She came to us at 6.8 lb with Burns over 80% of her body and broken ribs. She needed injections every 3 days for half a year as well as burn cream multiple times a day for months and months. People would walk in and see an animal like that the side we did it to her and post pictures.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

They spent thousands of their own money and I spent a significant amount of my own out of pocket to help save many different animals one in particular being a large reticulated python.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

I would also like to point out that we did a lot of rescue. We didn't hide them in the back where people couldn't see what was done with them. We educated on what poor animal husbandry looked like and what abuse was. People notoriously don't read and just see an emaciated animal and assume we did it

This goes for anyone else that I may owe if you have been unable to get a hold of me. A lot has happened in my life and I lost track of some of the people. Please reach out to me on telegram my @ is the same everywhere. I am working very hard to catch up on my past failures.

There were a lot of things that happened in my life that were out of my control but there were a lot of things that were my own shortcomings. This is something I fully understand and I will not say I'm not at fault for the time you have waited but I would very much like to remedy the situation.

Everything is being done in the process of that store closing to ensure that all of the animals go to good homes. That is hundreds of animals. We are personally driving halfway across the country to ensure One Singular snake has a good permanent home.

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

Some of her own personal pets were there when this happened and the heat dropped so fast they were lost including their pet kookaburra. So instead of kicking someone while they're down white knighting and looking for blood back off and let her grieve.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

People walked in some of which were sent by the landlord and other people to screw them over to write reviews over the animals that the landlord was responsible for killing. Every unit in that building leaks every unit needs to be condemned.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

Then 4 days later it wasn't fixed. It was all hands on deck trying to get as many of those animals out of that store as possible and with hundreds of Tanks it just wasn't something that could be done. It happened so fast in the coldest part of the year and over half of the animals were lost from it.

100

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

The landlord is a slumlord. Inspectors have already said if they weren't closing down the pet store and moving everything out they would be condemning the building right now. The heat went out in the middle of winter and the landlord said he would fix it in a few hours then that day.

Kandorin Creations @kandorincreations.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

Just stop, stop right there. First off if you're going to slander someone fact check first. I will not be commenting on any form of business practices, but when it comes to animals she would never harm any of them.

Have a no loitering policy for the immediate vicinity of the doors unless there is room in the den and people are actively in a short line to scan their wristband to get in.

An app on myfwa shows vendor Hall numbers. People can look up in the app if the vendor Hall is full. If it is full they can do something else until the app says it is not full. Want to get fancy app can keep the records of when the hall is full and show it on a visual map.

Seriously. Wristbands, and four volunteers. Two on the in-door two on the out-door. They scan to go in it goes green. System adds one number to the queue. They go out the door it goes green. System removes one number from the queue. System has hit capacity, goes yellow.
