stars and flames and ripples ✧ #art, #mspaint ✧

for fishtanks :3
a white cat with a funky tongue walks through a pool surrounded by bubbles and fish

for Al_C_Hemist
super cool if i do say so myself. tosca inpired work with a bunny girl holding a knife as she is held by a big ol owl, curtains and flames galore

for sev!
a cool cosmic angel being with a zither, playing the purpled and blue stars

for cotton :>
a wide piece in deep oranges and pinks, a lone traveler watches the sunset as pages fly on the wind

strangely, its the things i dont have to do that make me miss her. i no longer have to fill her water or food bowl, and i no longer have to give her medicine, and i no longer have to brush her or wipe at her eyes. i suppose they're just chores that took up time. but i liked to fill my time with her.

it's amuro ray day !! ✧ #ガンダム, #アムロ・レイ, #art ✧

mspaint art of amuro ray from the original mobile suit gundam. He's shown waist up in his zero suit from the side, colored a deep teal with ribbons of smoke and lavender surrounding him. He brings his wrist to his face with a nervous expression.

my 9 anime and manga no movies no repeats

toheart 1999: the most perfect relaxing show about kindness and communication ever
utena: what hasn't been said already? lynchian lol
popolocrois monogatari: a fun and colorful musical that harbors a lot of emotional depth
samurai flamenco: this one is actually my favorite
figure 17: cheating with my "no repeats" rule since it actually feels like a spiritual sequel to toheart, since the staff is the same. The slice of life is best, and the characters made me sob violently
kyousogiga: everything I want from a story! color! messy dynamics! HEART!
tylor: we were truly put on this earth to hang out
now and then here and there: watch the first two episodes together
turn a gundam: it's the best gundam because they use the mech to do laundry and pick up cows

thomas no shinzou: changed me
ashita no joe: bpd illiterate teenager punches his way through every problem and I cry about it
itoshi no kana: I actually love all of Tanaka's works, but the Christmas chapter is my favorite
areyo hoshikuzu: perfect cartooning and good bl
game club: that's what it's like to make games. that's what it's like to grow up
double: ego cannibalism
black jack: fuck I love black jack he can do anything he's so cool god he's sooo awesome
himitsu the top secret: everyone has a reason for what they do. blends action mystery with real pathos
eden it's an endless world: you probably shouldn't read the whole thing, but there isn't anything quite like it. the wokest of all time and I'm not joking

Bye bye to my Mandy In the end, I think that the most amazing thing is that in all her 17 years, her favorite place to be was with me. Always finding the most awkward way to sit just so she could rest her head on my hand.

my cat Mandy who put in 17 years of service as a tuxedo who licked my eyebrows in the morning to wake me up (smelled bad)

tumblr is very especially white in a way i havent seen on other sites, probably because it's got a lot of queer people who refuse to take accountability and have a lot of erudite words that get them around saying "sorry that was bad of me"

i enjoyed writing this piece since i not only get to interpret a catalog of different games but also connect my readings to @kentishizzie.com’s own thoughts. it’s both criticism and human-interest, and i hope this shines a light on what it means to make a queer vn today: bsky.app/profile/germ...

Fairytale Requiem, Canary and even the quaint Toushin Toushin 1 helped me understand the storytelling power of Eroge. "Wow, you can tell a story like that?" They're all brutal in their own way, but the world is brutal too. So naturally, stories should highlight humanity's capacity for cruelty.
