Looking back on a dish that I've made now a couple of times - I'm thinking of changing it up slightly to see how it would turn out. That's a dish I found off TikTok and now have made it a couple of times - the dish itself calls for spaghetti but what IF I replaced it with say .. spiral pasta ?!

I went into full on panic mode this afternoon why? Left my phone laying on the arm of the couch, went down to bring in the garbage bin, then when I came back I found my phone "gone" .. That sparked me into full panic mode because it has all my work stuff on here etc and I thought the worst

Next week I go back to my 7:45am to 3:15pm shifts at work, I finished up last night doing the last 10:45am to 6:15pm shift. So which shift do I prefer working ? Either 9am to 4:30 or 10am to 5:30 - this allows me a bit of time to grab a small breakfast and coffee before heading to work

Things are starting to move a bit more quickly now. The house where I currently live has had all its work done so that it can be listed (which it already has been). We've had a few people through to look at it, and have potentially got a couple of interested buyers.

Not ideal for students or people who travel via public transport, so to counter that, I've proposed a new stop be popped in a convenient location so that it's easy for staff and students to get to it. I hope that it gets the green light because this would make things better.

Yesterday I found out that the bus drivers, when I head to work, cannot stop just outside the gate of where I work due to the no stopping sign. That's fine, I completely understand. However the other bus stops are a few hundred meters either side of where I work.

Just realised what the date is for this Friday - and for my American friends it's not a pleasant one in the slightest. It's 25 years since THAT incident which saw the Twin Towers erased from the New York skyline forever, my tribute will be two minutes silence at 9am when I'm at work.
